We don't need to beat KON, WW, and Armada regularly. We go, we try, we occassionally claim. Saying someone is whiny in FFXI is kinda amusing, It's pretty subjective since a high percent of end game people I see are constantly whining, and yes that includes many people from the above LS's.

It's so cute how Armada likes to troll better linkshells then theirs. YF/WD is a pretty good linkshell to join. If their hours fit mine I'd probably have joined them along time ago. Don't let the trolls affect how you perceive this linkshell.

Yeah dont think I was knocking yall, other than the mpk attempts at aery I have NP with yalls shell now that the nazi is gone. Just stating a fact mostly based off whoever was talking about yall claiming not to bot. I actually respect most of your ls lol. Least the old crew. Newer guys have yet to impress me but you guys do shit that alot of ls's cant so give u props there. We don't talk about botting, we have no links to applications, we have no forums for botting, we don't do anything that involves botting as a linkshell. Whether members do it on their own I don't know and I don't care to find out. But that's how it is. Whether it's relevant to whether an applicant prefers to join or not is up to them.

The bulk of our events (the ones mentioned) don't require automated programs, anyway. We work together and complete those events efficiently and regularly, which aside from HNM camping is something worth considering for application.

All we're looking for here are good players interested in joining so we can have more people to complete our events faster.

Turning a blind eye doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It just means you choose to be ignorant of the matter.

I don't think we indicated otherwise anywhere. In fact I don't even think we were the ones who brought up the issue. I'm just pointing out how it is. We don't endorse it as a linkshell, whether people do it on their own or not is their business. Is that clear enough for you or would you like to try trolling more?

Do we really need to derail this thread into a topic about botting? Some people do it. We all know this. If you havn't accepted the fact that some people will always bot, then FF is the wrong place for you. Other LS's do it, we undertand and accept that. Some of our members may do it, and we still understand that. If you can't live with the potential botter being in your ls....then good luck finding an ls.

It seems like a very nice linkshell to be in if you're a more casual player that can't keep up with daily HNM camps. I was simply stating a fact of their claim record, and that the fact that they were talking down about the morals of WW in say, and then turn around and try to mpk them when WW claims. They're a good shell, but they're down on the same level every other Fafnir camping linkshell is.

Wait...what?? Last time they tried to MPK us is back when it was still YF, almost a year ago, and even then that was just a week of pretty much us going back and forth in paybacks. I don't even remember exactly how that one started (if I recall it came from a AFK claim being lost by one...other side claiming...side A getting pissy...and snowballed from there.)

By the next week, nobody remembered or cared. And there is a few people in YF with friends in WW, and a few WW people with friends in YF. By no means are we on a MPKing each other status right now. Only MPK attempts I've seen lately is just Deme running Grumm around and dying.

In fact Crysius can even tell you that last time they claimed we were doing what we could to help them with MPK attempts against them. IMHO, I'd say its safe to say most of WW has a certain amount of respect for YF as a LS. And we welcome them to DA.

This last pass around that YF was in DA a YF member trained spiders onto Fafnir. Whether or not it was sanctioned by linkshell leaders I can't say, but I'd assume it was a member acting on their own accord.

Edit: Savo and Dantes also tried to mpk an Armada Fafnir the next day.

As I previously posted, don't let Armada's attempts to make WD/YF look bad affect anything if you are interested in joining.

And I have friends in nearly every ls on this server and I'm pretty damn sure WD/YF and WW are on good standing.

I can't attest to what has been going on the last week or so since I've been sleeping through it like a slob but uh, when I was still going every day I don't remember a day passing that there wasn't an MPK attempt (when it was in NA time, all the trash comes out ;z). When its WW(Progeny)+RTU+Armada its usually quite civilized, but when AM/WD/Alacrity/jokeshell4 come out there is talking in say, nominates in say, random spam, MPK attempts to the point of jailing, just utter retardation. I do make it a note to always try to MPK with a mule when one of the latter shells wins claim though. **try is the operative word, I can't remember the last time I succeeded.

For clarification, Rob, last time my shell was in Aery, the only ones talking in /say were from WW and Armada. Eugene from WW mostly, if I recall correctly. We don't go there often. All of my members were instructed not even to respond, so if they did I apologize for that. I'm pretty sure they didnt' though, as he then moved on to spamming us with tells which, we also refrained from responding to. C'est la vie. And we don't MPK. Ever. Hell, we left before window 5 to do Dynamis that day anyways, lol.

I have a few friends in WD, and my encounters with them have always been civil. I have enormous respect for the shell, and I do hope potential applicants won't take the trolling around here seriously.

After killing Fafnir 500 times or some such the time spent in aery starts to run together but what I meant was when its armada nolife crew, ww/progeny nolife crew and RTU's squad theres no talking whatsoever and I find it much more tolerable to wait for
