No where in my post did I say "LOL BIG 12 SUUUCKS ROFLZ" and I'm not biased. I mentioned Arkansas in Texas's schedule, and yeah, I mentioned them in Auburn's schedule. "Arkansas (Meh)" Did it really look like I said that they were a challenge on their schedule? No. I didn't. I said Meh. Do you know what meh means? Should I have said (Shitty team)? I mentioned the tougher opponents in the conference because no matter how bad Arkansas will suck, they'll still be better than the likes of Vandy and probably Ole Miss.

Now again; I'm not saying the Big 12 is easy. I'm sayinig that they are coming into this season overrated. Kansas is way overrated. I'd like to see them get the same amount of wins this year. I'd be willing to bet a ton of money they don't get more than 8 wins on the season. Texas, Oklahoma, and Mizzou will be good I'm sure. The others are just too high.

KU is a better team than Mizzou. What you fail to realize is that you don't pay close attention to the big 12, and are biased as a direct result. Where you look at Nebraska, CO, and lol, I see teams that have been perennial contenders for just as long as the SEC teams-- that have had "down" years due to the rise of K-State, KU, and Mizzou, and having to play teams between Texas, OU, Tech, and OSU every year.

The point is what I said: if you're in the big 12 and not in the top 10, you're losing at least 2-3 games to championship contenders every year.

As far as Kansas having a super hard schedule... other than @OK/@Mizzou, and Texas/Texas Tech (since you seem to think so highly of them), where's a hard game? South Florida? Fucking Nebraska? If this were the 90's, then maybe. That's just my opinion.

This is where you're being biased and saying the big 12 as a whole sucks-- you're discounting anything and everything that's not a top 10 team when looking at the big 12, crediting teams like auburn (who got outplayed in every way by KSU last year and barely eeked out a win at home) with crap like "oh they could've been 11-2."

I don't think all the teams in the Big 12 will be busts, or half the teams. I thinkt hey'll be back to what they were before last year. When was the last time Kansas and Mizzou had that sort of season that they had last year? Do you want to look it up or should I? I'll let you, since you seem to be a super supporter of theirs. I've said so many god damn times that I think Auburn is ranked too high considering what they are coming back with. I think Arkansas will suck. I think Vandy and Ole Miss will be back at the bottom. The fact that the SEC has won 2 National Championships (who knows if it could have been three when Auburn went 13-0 in '04) means they haven't been the best? Okay, sure. Whatever.

This is exactly what I'm getting at: you think KU and Mizzou will be busts because you haven't been paying attention to the programs. Mangino is a product of Snyder-- just like the Stoops and many other extremely successful coaches. He's done exactly what Snyder did, he built a fantastic defense and used the chance to start right away to get a great offensive line going. He has built the program from the ground up, and when he finally got a quarterback worth using became a championship contender. This will be a tough year, as much as you want to insult the schedule while claiming the difficulty of it means they'll bust, the schedule is extremely tough. They'll come out of it looking like one of the best in the country though, and Mangino will have teams competing for the championship as long as he's coaching.

Mizzou has done very interesting things in creating a pretty massive following in Kansas City, getting a lot of big name players that were expected to go to K-State. They've also had good teams for a long long time, they haven't been #1 but again, if you don't know about Mizzou's recent history it's because you're not paying attention to the big 12.

The Big 12 has had weak scheduling for a while. Kansas had a weak schedule last year. Now they get a tough schedule. We'll see how good they are.

You think Auburn is going to agree to schedule a home and home with an unranked K-State team that should've beaten them in their house in the first game of the year when they were projected to be contenders? Lousville being scheduled when they're one of the top teams in the country and appearing to be ready to remain that way for a decent while does mean a lot, it means exactly what it shows: Prince went out to schedule the best game he could possible get another coach to agree to.

Auburn could have been 11-2 last year if they had a DECENT QB in the South Florida/Miss. State games and didn't turn the ball over 5 times each game. They didn't get pounded. They got beat in OT and 19-14. They had no offense, but they had a Top 10 Nationwide defense. You gonna argue with that?

They BARELY beat K-State at home, it was a fluke win, KSU should've won the game.

And LOL. You seriously think Texas Tech could have scored 60 points on anyone? How many do you think Auburn, LSU, Georgia, or even some of the Pac 10 teams would have allowed to them? No where near 60. Virginia held them to 31 (albeit Virginia lost), Mizzou held them to 10, Colorado held them to 26. Then again, they scored 49, 45, 59, 45, 75. OH WAIT. Against who? Southern Methodist, UTEP, Rice, OK State, and Northwestern State. My bad. Here I thought this wasn't high school. Other than the Oklahoma State game, none of those were that impressive. Scoring 75 points in a game is like a fucking video game, but do it against someone important. The Oklahoma State LOSS was also funny, because last I checked, Troy beat OK State 41-23. Georgia dominated them.

Tech had a so-so year last year, and averaged 42 points a game. They're stronger on defense this year, and have the best quarterback they've had during this whole run of craziness.

Also, since you have severely pissed me off, let's go back to last year's Strength of Schedules with the Big 12 vs SEC, since that's what you want to do; compare the two conferences.

So hmn. Other than Mizzou and Oklahoma... the other three aren't that impressive. Wouldn't you agree? Now this doesn't mean a whole lot, but comparing the schedules, even with the SEC's cupcakes, it's still a huge fucking difference.

I can't see the SOS for this year just yet, or at least I can't find it since the USA Today Poll only came out yesterday, so I can't do much about that. Either way, if you want to continue to compare shit, go for it. It was never about SEC being better than everyone. I never ever said that in that way. I just said they are more proven, and that teams are perinneally challenged.

If you want to be blinded by the Big 12 and not admit you may be wrong about some things, then feel free. One thing though I can assure you of is I'm done arguing. That's the whole issue here, you don't even know what you're arguing, with or against. All I've said all along is that people bashing the big 12 aren't looking closely enough, and don't realize especially that it's not just the HALF THE DAMN CONFERENCE THAT'S IN THE TOP 15 that are tough, but the other teams look worse because they have to play all of those teams on top of playing each other.

With what offense? It takes more than really good RB's to beat the Cowboys. See Cowboys 07 Schedule, keeping AP/Jacobs/Westbrook 2x/Clinton Portis/Ryan Grant all under 100. The only RB to break 100 was Portis in Week 17 when we were resting our starters. Jacksonville wouldn't even come close to giving us a beatdown. If anything it'll be the opposite.
