Most likely Pennington will get traded, it's an easier deal to make as he can be a starter elsewhere, plus it'll leave more cap room.

Not to mention, their other QB is a guy the Jets want to build up, trading him would be pointless.

70% of snaps, they get a 3rd round
100% of snaps, or make the superbowl, they get a 1st round pick.
