Was pacman ever convicted? Convictions aren't the only categorical determination in someone's behavior patterns, and you certainly raise a risk by signing someone prone to problems.

This would mean something if it came from someone that wasn't a fan of the Bengals. I'm sorry, but even if he hasn't been convicted, the guy doesn't get the concept to stay out of trouble.

Nope. He was suspended for being involved in the stripper incident. Wasn't charged with anything, but he was "damaging the image of the NFL" and therefore suspended.

I think the whole policy is fucking bullshit, because it basically allows the media to pick and choose who they want to see booted.
