Well.. his team was just lousy last year. That's the only reason his stock dropped. He won't get to play though. He's got to go through Rodgers, and then Favre is still hanging around... who knows.

Miami gets Ronnie Brown back this year, and that will be the difference between this season and last season. *(If he doesn't get hurt again)* Ronnie Brown was on pace to have a 2200 total yard season, and that is better than LT and Brian Westbrook. In the 7 games he played last year, he played against the #1 run defense and the #4 team, Dallas and NE respectively.

But enough of all this AFC talk.

NFC East: Dallas - You already know
NFC North: Minnesota - Great runner and superb defense.
NFC South: Carolina - Healthy Delhomme with a healthy Steve Smith, makes for a deadly combo.
NFC West: Seattle - J. Jones ran well against the Seahawks, maybe he'll run well with them.
Wild Cards: New York Giants/Eagles - Almost picked Redskins but Philly's CB's match up well against Washington's WR's

AFC East: New England
AFC North: Pittsburgh
AFC South: Indianapolis
AFC West: San Diego
Wild Cards: Jacksonville and Cleveland

Biggest Bust: Tom Brady - Only because he won't live up to last season. 50 TD's, several of them hail mary's to Randy Moss.

Rookie of the year: Vernon Gholston

MVP: Tony Romo - Young receivers, T.O., Witten, better RB's, it's MVP or bust.

Best Record: Dallas Cowboys, improved on the 1 spot they needed, DB's. Hopefully the defense and Crayton won't cost us anything this season.

Comeback Player of The Year: Making it a 2-peat, with Greg Ellis last year, and this year Adam Pacman Jones (If he gets reinstated).

Super Bowl: Indianapolis vs Dallas Cowboys - Great offenses, two of the best QB's, Safeties (Hamlin/Sanders), RB's(Addai/Barber), WR's(Wayne/Harrison/T.O), TE's(Clark/Witten), Dwight Freeney vs Dallas's O-Line, Dallas's CB's vs Peyton Manning and WR's. And almost forgot, Pacman Jones vs Indy's Kickoff Coverage team.

You have got to be kidding or not paying much attention. I picked up Miami's 3rd string back in fantasy, and he still produced 100+ a game almost. The running game was not Miami's problem last year. Getting Ronnie Brown back isn't going to do shit except give them less excuses. QB controversy, 2 RB coming off injury, and a GM who acts like a head coach....too many problems.

Brown better than LT or Westbrook? You on crack? Those are the two best receivers out of the backfield in the league, and LT might be the 2nd best all-time behind Marshall Faulk. Go learn something.

Two totally different things, Weltall. Saying Ronnie Brown is better than those two would be pretty stupid, but saying he was on pace to have better numbers in that case isn't THAT bad. That and Ronnie Brown is a good dual threat in the backfield anyway. Can you argue that? Meh.

# of yards for a RB doesn't even = more wins or = the difference in a season. He wasn't even going to come close to 2200 yards; a lot of RB will start the season with bigger numbers and then tamper off after a season of beating.

In Ronnie Brown's case, he was on pace for an injury.

I didn't say he was better than LT or Westbrook, I only stated the fact that he was on pace for a better season than both of them. And he didn't get the chance to pad his stats by playing Kansas City/Oakland twice a year. They're not going to be a playoff team by any chance, I'm just saying with Ronnie Brown, they get the ability to run out the clock and score some points, thus giving them the ability to win more than one game.

How does Jeff Ireland act like a coach? Unless you're talking about Bill Parcells (Exec VP of football operations), none the less, as a dolphins fan, I'll let Parcells do anything he wants. Do you happen to see the fucking mess of talent that Dallas has? I think Parcells is undoubtedly a better talent scout than a coach, hopefully Sparano can coach the talent that Bill will bring in, maybe then they can get back to competing for the wild card til Brady retires lol.

People say "On pace" all the time. The Dolphins were "on pace" to lose every game. The Pats were "on pace" to win every game. It doesn't mean it's GOING to happen, but it's still fun to try and predict the outcome of a season.

And yeah. Comparing their back-up RBs of their back-up RBs to a Top 5 Draft pick is more retarded than comparing Ronnie Brown to LT or Westbrook. Seriously. Ronnie Brown has the intangibles of a good RB. The guys that played behind him after he went down did not. So really, Brown could have made a big enough difference to get them a win before they beat the Ravens, but as luck would have it, he got hurt and it sucked.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, because last I checked... the Cowboys didn't suck right now. >.> They didn't suck last year either. They just suck in the playoffs. ... people use on pace after the first 10-15 games in the god damn Major League Baseball season which has 162 games. Gimme a break dude. People can use "on pace" whenever they choose to. Ronnie Brown played 7 games (injured in the 7th), so that's close to 50%. Through those games, he had 119 carries, 602 yards for a 5.1 rushing average, and 4TDs. He had 39 receptions for 389 yards, and 1 TD. 901 total yards through almost 7 games. That's pretty god damn good for a back on a lousy team. Let's see Jesse Chatman, Lorenzo Booker, or any of those guys do what he did. Oh wait, we can't. Booker got traded to the Eagles I believe, and Chatman is gone to the Jets.

On the note of starting, it has McCown starting with Beck backing up and Henne in the 3rd string.

Chatman's numbers were basically what Browns would have been like during those weeks. It won't help the Dolphins. If anything, they lost depth in their only strong position from last year. The people that use 'on pace' after 15 MLB games are just as stupid.
