I think the reason it happens in India is just probability. There's way more Indians than most other countries, except China. And you know, the Chinese government probably censors the freakish birth defects.

That and the fact that the place is fucking filthy. I went there a few years ago; garbage everywhere, the smell, the water; everything was horrid.
