Some STDs have a latent period, and there are no good tests for some of them. A man can carry HPV and show no symptoms, versus a woman with HPV may have an irregular pap smear in an exam, so... some people have valid points here. Her mom started doing mass drugs when she was 15 and she was living with her grandparents by 16. How her mom looks is due to the drugs, meth has a very bad habit of destroying teeth, muscle and intelligence.
