Well, wow, Lyle jumped servers? He's pretty infamous on Valefor where he came from. I heard so many bad things about him (got matt's cap but no skill in any jobs; also a jerk and a racist) that I avoided a couple merit PTs that had him... and I know he's turned down a friend of mine who was making a PT on 73 red mage, because he won't party with someone that low level.

If I whooshed then so be it, but explain to me the usefulness of a Defending Ring to a Warrior with that setup. I never said the Defending Ring itself was a bad item, just I see little use in a TP/WS/Whatever set.
