Only evasion gear I see there is a SH, and presumably Emp. Pin, which are fine. Heavy DD can and will pull hate off of basically any NIN. Blink tanking is a matter of party teamwork. THF should be helping there, but if the SAM isn't being mindful of hate, using TE, etc...then that's not the NIN's fault.
You know as well as I do that a Haub alone won't change things if you have a SAM spamming WS immediately n' such. Look at the setup too. SCH, no haste, and a COR, no Elegy or March. Not exactly great for Haub usage or NIN in general.

It's a wtf because why would someone with all the other stuff that SAM has be using level 16 ATT earrings? Spike are like, what, 15-20k? Not exactly breaking the bank there.
Good stuff all around until you look at the earrings and then...wtf?
At least, that's the main thing I see, the thread isn't called gimps and only gimps >_>

Could also be the SAM/NIN discussion, as in, why not use Seigan? Why not learn to not pull hate constantly? etc

I agree, there's nothing wrong with that SAM bar a few minor tweaks in gear upgrades.
As for sub NIN? I'd have flipped that party off right there and then.

Aside from upgrading Bone > Spike/Mermans at 63 and Leaping > Fed. Kyahan, is see nothing over gimp, confused or WTF in this pic. In fact I'd give him more kudos for not sticking with Soboro at 61 and actually getting a high-delay GKT.

A sam/war can easily rip hate off a NIN at that level, even with the TA's from the THF (Af1 legs i can see from here). Honestly they are Lv.61 on Puks, those died out about 59-60 for any decent exp. Seing the next stage (Well 60 really) is colibri in bhalf, NIN eva set up isn't bad, unless you have katana merits or spam sushi, you can't really DD on them for shit. Haub would only cause you more dmg (Af1 imo is best for those but S.harness is nice). Yes s/he lacks O.kotes but those look like the +5 Acc hands lv 50? Those arn't a bad Pher if you lack funds.

I think the term Gimp or Confused is getting replaced with Pics of people who are just lazy to farm and Upgrade.

Obviously, when I was leveling nin I got hate ripped off me all the time. I was just pointing out the irony of calling someone gimp for 2 earrings when the rest of his gear is pretty decent, when the nin is wearing a scorp harness, no okotes, and presumably an emp hairpin. When I was lvling nin (disclaimer: pre 2h update so 2 handers were less powerful) I held hate MUCH better in attack gear then evasion gear, and there was a very small difference in the amount of damage I took. How many hits are you actually evading from an IT mob anyway, regardless of stacked eva.

*edit - just so its clear... I woudnt post your nin here elphaba. Im just playing devil's advocate. Your nin gear is fine, its just a playstyle choice. I prefer to hold hate by doing more damage and I find evasion nins to be severly lacking in enmity. So neither your gear or his is EXTREMELY bad or worth being in this thread, was just making the point.

No, he was using a soboro. And dying. He got aggro. Tried soloing aggro. And died. for the 2nd time in the party. The Cor and the Sch both were trying to sleep it, but he kept attacking. He picked a camp where two puks pop on us.

The rng subbed sam. it was.. uh. Cor/rng, sch/whm (3 levels under me), rng/sam, sam/war, thf/nin, and myself. No haste, rogues/ranger roll.

I was in sh+1 because we had 2 puks at the time, and i was holding the other. I have a Hauby. Use it most of the time. Already wrote myself up for not having oKotes in this thread, and like i said i've also got dusk waiting at 72, but working on the okotes.

Was more like "why not spike earrings instead of level 16 when there are obviously better choices". Dude didn't use Seigan much at all, and he kept intentionally taking hate because it would make the party "go faster". Dude was, for all intents and purposes, gimp. And I told them when the party started if they wanted to try for epeen, and all that, that if they were going to do that, I wouldn't try to hold hate. i felt bad enough for the SCH, i didn't have shadows about 30-40% of the time due to TP spam and no haste for recast timers.

Also, my jins were outdoing his yukis about 50% of the time =/

Thankfully though, I was about to lose my mind from the barrage of parties I've gotten without RDM (or with RDMs that don't refresh me, or haste me even after I tell them I can haste myself, that I'd rather have refresh) or BRD that occasionally ballads me - I mean, auto-refresh/cloak/sanction can only go so far -_-.

They both parsed like 12% while the DRG wyvern parsed 9% rest was me and nin dmg lol (used Soolshooter to be gentle due to only RDM heal)

I like how the job that he apperently cares about most which is WAR is full of fail also.
His E body/full time RR gorget is a combination that makes any other war envious.
Furthermore, the combination is accented with a coral earring and a full time warwolf belt.
He also wore war af1 feet forever until the ls got him adaman feet.
Lets hope he sells that account because at this point even gillsellers would make better gear choices than him.
