Depends on how they played this one. If it even attempts to take itself seriously, it's a fucking waste of hard drive space in the editing room.
However, if the plot and story are minimal, and the carnage and driving stunts are out of control, this has the chance to be what I call an "Oh shit!" movie.
I like Statham, and most of what he's done has been somewhat questionable, but the "Transporter" was a good flick. "Crank", for all it's story sillyness was entertaining, and who didn't like him in "The Italian Job". I got "War" coming from Netflix today, which I'm hoping has some good stunts in it as well, but when it comes to Deathrace, yeah... better not be a lot of exposition involved.
