Simple question, can Hydra Scale drop from The susanoo shuffles ??? Box item?

Rocl says he remembers reading it somewhere but no sites have it listed as a possible drop.

This is wrong, the second box in Ashu Talif #2 can only be a pup attachement, it can't come from the first box either.

I suppose it could have been a different one and I'm remembering incorrectly, pretty sure it was #2, but could have been #3 I guess. Either way, if Rocl remembers Hydra Scale from ??? box, it's likely whichever Ashu Talif box loads it.
