Cure Hate While PLing ?

I wanted to try and see if this would actually work, but maybe I haven't done it right?

Basically, while I was PLing my sis, I would cure her once to establish myself on the hate list then swap -HP gear, then +HP gear and heal myself to try and get more hate with my cures. However, it doesn't seem to be working... which brings me to ask does HP healed from gear swaps not count as additional hate? And if it is, then does it work with PLing situations? Maybe I've just got this whole situation confused?

It does count for additional hate. However, the enmity generated by cures is inversely proportional to the level of the person being cured (NOT the person casting the cure). This is to say, you generate much more hate curing a level 10 character than a level 75 character for the same amount of HP. The HP swap curing is helpful, in the case of PLing, but you'll save on a lot of MP by just curing their party when they happen to take damage and keeping hate with that.

How would curing HP (no matter how it was lost) ever change without enmit+/- gear? Gear swapping to move HP around is the same as getting smacked in the face, except without losing the enmity.

According to numbers from Kaeko's testing, if you're PLing a level 1 character you'll gain 5 times as much enmity from curing the same amount as you would from curing yourself at 75. Crazy.
