Does it despawn during besieged, and how does it take before it repop?

Whole alliance is here, besieged just ended (Gurfurlur was in it) and it's not repopping. >_> Is it dead?

I thought that Beastmen had to be at LV7 or 8 preparing or something for them to spawn?

If the beastmen kings march to Besieged and survive, they repop approximately one hour after it ends.
