Yes, he does have his account back now, but since the person who had his account didn't get rid of a bunch of his gear (he sold his DRG and DRK gear to gear up his retired RNG >_>) Skarwind decided not to use the one-chance "account rollback" and instead save that chance just in case something like this happens again :/
