No wlegs for us at all since December. OK, we're not spamming him but this is seriously getting peeps down. We're giving away shura togis free with breakfast cereal. I gave the osode I earnt to the last of our RNG* without one because they've dried up recently too. Poles - got. Togis - got. Heca - occasionally. W-legs - Kirin doesn't drop them.

Lol, that's actually funny. I've only seen W legs when I've helped kill it the old school way. Never from a burn ;o Still was only like 5-6 pairs in my entire time playing this game, though.

My shell normally zergs, but last week they decided to do an old fashioned kite just because it had been so long since we did one. I'm sad to say WLegs didn't drop (Togi, lol), but we did learn one thing. While a zerg cuts down the time to kill by 95%, a kite is so much more fucking fun. Despite the fact it takes 90 mintues, we're considering going back to kites from now on for the fun factor.

Besides, it gives me more opportunities to steal hate from Furb's PLD with my super-BLM.

90 minute Kirin kite? I haven't done it in about 6 months but we had it down to less than 45 minutes rotating BLMs when they ran out of MP as well as other DD's when they died. Still one of the most fun fights in FFXI.

Again, we went from zerging to kiting for the first time in a while, people weren't exactly quick on keeping DoT's on to combat Kirin's Auto-Regen so that ended costing us some time. Deaths were few and far between; it just took a little while longer.
