The scene, with the chick floating the swords, is awesome. I have to know what class that is. Unless it's just a game where you pick your race and choose skills from a set tree or something.

NCsoft is scheduled to announce its new MMORPG Blade & Soul (namely Project M) on July 31. Blade & Soul is under development by Lineage II development team, and the characters in this oriental style MMORPG are designed by the well-known illustrator HyungTae Kim. It is set in an oriental fantasy world and will use Unreal Engine 3.

Game Features:

Japanese martial arts
Players might be familiar with such martial arts terms as palm wind, internal skill (neigong) and flying skill (qinggong) which are all available in Blade & Soul. In Blade & Soul, players will have a chance to feel the essence of martialism, chivalrousness and loyalty.

Ever-changing world
The story in Blade & Soul will progress in a way totally different from other MMORPGs. And the things in the game will evolve with the progress of the story.

Well, it is made by the people who made Lineage 2. Hopefully it won't be and will be like CoH/V and Guild Wars which aren't to grindy. Then again, if you play FFXI then the grind in those 2 games are cake.

I dunno, I don't think Rohan's grind was worse than FFXI's.
Solo grind starts to slow down, yeah... but in parties things are still pretty quick!

At least that was the case for my Dekan

I made it to 33 before I started smashing my face into a brick wall from the agony of the grind. And I leveled 3 jobs to 75 with like 4 others in the mid-50s to 60s.

I played RO for a while, however, the grind in FFXI for me wasn't just EXP/leveling to 75, it was doing LS events and shit like Dynamis on RDM spamming Haste and Refresh for like 4 hours (I could fool myself into think I was more useful than that, but really no matter what else you do only those 2 spells really count). Sitting around waiting for Fafnir to pop for hours on end only to see what you know is going to happen (someone else, likely a bot) for days on end until Nidhogg pops etc etc.

If that isn't a grind I dunno what is.

Holy chit! I'm not usually much on action games these days, but that game looks like a supersized combo of win and hawt. Kinda seems like a mix of a 3d fighter and the diablo series, minus the religious/heaven and hell theme. Is this speculated to be a 2009 game or something like 10/11? Also, should've seen it coming from the Lineage2 guys, but why does every female need a rack bigger than their head? It is possible to look good with a normal sized chest lol.

Running scenes reminded me of Gunz Online a bit lol. Korean games always look nice to me, Kindve hoping those fights against other "people" arent turn based. The fight sequence against the girl with floating swords and the Gon-race guy looked slightly turn based(she does a full combo, then he does a full combo and she eats it all...well...until she does a backflip counter out of his hold lol).
