What I dont get is why Blade: Jin, which is another Critical Hit WS, deals so much damage when the NIN uses a Senji mainhand and its 3 hit compared to Evisceration and its 5 hits. Many people have said that the 6% Increase from HS makes Evisceration alot more powerful.

BRD vs. NIN? That has a lot more to do with gear, skill and about a hundred other things. Also Blade: Jin has a huge damage range, for every 1000+ Jin that props up the e-peen there is a 400 damage one that is completely ignored.
