Hofud's Drain Proc Rate - Test Results

Proc rate is determined by the level of the mob you're hitting. I mostly use BLU in assault/salvage/nyzul etc. and it works reasonably well there. Don't use it in merit pt and such because it hardly ever kicks in (and perdu/koggel is better there anyway).

CHR helps on landing Gaze debuff like Chaotic Eye

well ... these mod might reduce enemy's resistance against proc drain.

I'm noticing my proc rate depends on either the subjob or the moon phase. Non-scientific examples: In beseiged as /nin, the proc rate is extremely low, but in campaign as /dnc its higher than /nin. Im still working on personal testing, but theres gotta be a hidden trait to make it proc more than others.... i cant put my finger on it yet.

.... because you're swinging x2 swords now, so that will 1/2 the proc rate.
