What's the nerdiest thing about you?

@Roranora, et al: that reminds me of a friend from game I got to meet... well, and crashed at his place to give my roomies some space over Valentine's Day weekend, but I digress.

He had literally every game system, including a um, Dreamcast and some.. other something, and just... shelves and shelves... like, 6 bookshelves worth of games, most of which were first release (so in whatever language they came out in first). Some very tall, some the long horizontal bookshelves, etc... just games spilling out everywhere. And a crazy awesome TV to play them on.. and he was like, ADD about playing too. He'd play a game for like, 30 mins, then switch to another, then another... I got dizzy. :/

edit: Kind of my otaku side but I really really really like cute things, so I collect them. I have a bunch of stuffed animals and plushies and stuff of that nature, no one really knows or those that do dont understand. I also enjoy watching shows like chi's sweet home and hello kitty. (*'-')

MMO vet; played EQ for a year, then EQOA for the ps2 for a year, then EQ for another 2 years, then FFXI for 3 years, then WoW for a year, then FFXI for a few months, and now I bounce WoW/FFXI/EQ all together!
Not to mention all the random Korean Grindfest games and shit I've played just dicking around.

Huge Anime / Movie collection, and getting bigger all the time...

Shelves look a bit bare and messy, had to pack some things away to keep them safe while we were gone, but this is our Movie collection. That is, the part of it we left in the US for my parents to watch while we live in Korea.

Anime DVD collection. The 2nd shelf also has some Sci-Fi series boxsets on it, moved from the Movie collection shelf to a safer place while we are gone.

Laserdisc collection. About half of them are Anime and half regular movies. Most of these my husband owned before we got married, LD was already on its way out of existence then, so most of the these haven't seen the light of day in years. And yeah, one of the kids had some fun with a magic marker one day and decorated some of the boxes ^^;

Oh yeah, forgot the Tezuka manga DVDs were on that shelf too; all the works of Osamu Tezuka on 8 DVDs. My husband had to special order it and have it shipped to a friend in Japan, who later shipped it to him in the US.

The boxes are filled with the empty cases of discs we brought with us to Korea, 400+ discs worth incuding my entire Star Trek:TNG, DS9, TOS, Enterprise sets (no Voyager yet, waiting for a good sale on it).

I worked full time in the pet department of a local store before we moved to Korea, the feeder fish boxes were the perfect size and quite nice for storing things ^^ But no, they don't still smell like fish ^^;


And these pictures are only what we left in the US about a year ago. We've been collecting more since moving here, on top of buying some things from US online stores and having it sent home for the next time we take a trip back... I'd say safely you could add another 200+ discs to this collection by now.

I only have the Halo 3 (Series 1 and 2, soon to be 3 as well) McFarlane figures; I wish I had some of the Halo:CE/Halo 2 figures though. >.>
