    So yea thats the message I got when I logged in this morning. I have a bunch of profiles on my POL and I just click on the account i want to log in to with pw's being auto saved and all. Well POL gives me the option to Proceed so I click that hoping to change the credit card since the current one is getting declined. Well it asks me to log in again....

    I log in with my POL ID and my POL password, which I am sure is correct cause I have it written down and i tried inputting it 10+ times already. It keeps saying that my login information is incorrect! Did my account get locked? Anyone have this problem?

    Edit: oh and i just logged into my credit card account and there is an available balance on there, more than enough to cover the monthly subscription cost. Did I lose my account? =\

    if your password was shorter than 6, 8? characters then they automatically changed it to something else and sent you an email a long time ago with what they changed it to, even closed accounts don't say incorrect id/password so that isn't the case. call POL to get your info again, or check your email (could be gone, mine got caught by my junk mail and subsequently deleted)

    My password was long, the thing is... I was just playing yesterday. Problem happened this morning.

    yeah, they billed this morning. someone was talking about the field to input your password being capped at a certain amount of characters, you say your password is long, maybe its over that length. the person who was talking about it said they had to call and get it reset to log in (they couldn't fit in in the login box)

    It wasn't that long, it fits in the input box fine. This is definitely strange...

    if you can log in to the message that says declined authorization but can't login further, that means your account hasn't been compromised and you're just using the wrong ID or password <_<

    I figured it out. I was using NA POL when its an EU account... phew! Thanks for your help and concern robert.

    Sorry for the scare everyone, back to your seats.
