It's one of the jump poses. Sometimes on DRG you glitch and it freezes you like that on-screen instead of, well, jumping you.

Unfortunately, no, but last I talked to her (we still keep in touch) she said she might be willing to do one for real $. I was thinking of a new RDM one for myself, but we never really got into details or cost, and I've since abandoned the idea.

FYI, her prices back in the day were pretty high, but that was also when inflation was also very high as well (like Noble's for 10 mil, Weskit for 3 mil).

been on 110+ salvage run since March, some of it is 5 weeks+ straight nightly Salvage nonstop

Did it for the 1st time with a Group yesterday. We popped 5 Bees and 1 coughed up 35 Usukane Feet. Popped 5 of the Cocks also from the other one. 1 Freya's Mask and one 35 Ares Hands.
