I lotted a 991 for my Askar Korazin last night.

A friend I was lotting against rolled a 918, felt kind of bad for him but I've given away two of those pieces already. There'll be more, I'm sure.

Yep. I've tested. Had everyone pass but the two ppl who lotted. Item went to the person who lotted the number first.
