Question regarding Diablo 2: LoD .ISO

I know this isnt Technical help, but honestly with 1 person viewing it, I don't expect to get an answer there.

Anyway, I have the case for my Lord of Destruction game, but apparently no CD for it. So I downloaded the ISO and burned it onto a CD. Well it lets me start to install, asks me to insert my Play Disc for D2, then at the very end of the install asks for my D2 Expansion disk. I put the burned ISO back in...and it just keeps on asking for it over and over again like its not there. Any way I can get this working?

Did you try mounting the image with Daemon tools?

You'll probably need a crack file. Google it, should be fairly easy to find.

Naah none of the above work for D2 surprisingly, it wont accept mounted ISOs. Figured it out though, apparently Blizzard has an electronic download if you already have the keys which can be played without CDs. Thanks anyway Tonko!

Don't worry, plenty of us have our printed discs of LoD that don't get recognized either (at least as play discs).

It was during the actual installation process, like with one blue bar left. Alls well though, as long as you have your key you can get an online download of it that doesnt need a play disc.

You just need better torrents.

I grabbed mine, fully patched, with decent install instructions, from demonoid. No cracks needed, just had to use a little application to change my cd keys from ones generated by a keygen to those I bought later.

The way I got mine to work from an .iso is first yeah you need daemontools or something, but then you need the nocdloader hack. Although this isn't really necessary anymore since Blizzard updated the game to no longer require the discs to play.
