Last good movie you saw/and would recommend to others ~

Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels.
Friend got this last weekend and wanted to watch it cause it had Statham in it and was directed by Guy Ritchie. Probably one of the best flicks I've seen in a while, could totally tell it had the same type of camerawork as the new Sherlock Holmes movies. The plot was pretty damn good too how they kept throwing stuff at you left & right, lots of fucking twists lol.

Watched Snatch afterwards which is "kind of" a sequel but mostly just in the fact it's a Brit heist film... of sorts lol. Same director and an even better cast, but I think the first is still bettah.

Another Guy Ritche movie you should check out if you haven't, is called Revolver. Fantastic psychological action movie with an outstanding cast. Plus, it's the only time I've seen Statham with hair!

I liked RocknRolla. Found it to be thoroughly entertaining. Though I'm a fan of Guy Ritchie's films in general so take it for what it's worth.

I'd agree with that. I need to watch that one again though. It was on more so for background noise when I saw it.

Man, I think Cabin in the Woods got too overhyped for me

Was really looking forward to it, and didn't enjoy it so much when I saw it.

Ya, I loved it. I sadly had someone spoil the whole movie for me before I watched it but I still enjoyed it.

Went and saw Lawless a couple weeks ago. First movie in a while where I didn't want to punch Shia Labouf as I was walking out.

Went and saw Branded.
It's not amazing, but it's pretty good for a limited release film. If it's in a theater near you, go see it before it's gone.

It looks damned interesting. I kept seeing the preview spot for it on television a couple weeks back. Definitely sparked an interest.
