Heh, I watched the film in Kyo's signature... My only problems with it were being unable to suspend disbelief and the fact that it went on for about 20-30 minutes longer than it should have.

I know it's been mentioned by The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is amazing.

IMO it's Brad Pitt's best movie, acting-wise (he's usually awkward with accents but was perfect here) and just a great movie overall.

I like all of David Fincher's films and he, like Christopher Nolan, haven't made a bad film yet. Although, Panic Room wasn't very successful critically and Zodiac wasn't very successful financially. I like all his work though, he's one of the best contemporary American directors.

Yeah, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is amazing.

Also, Gran Torino is fucking great, too.

I saw this little gem, the aptly titled "Then She Found Me," in my search for as much Colin Firth as my little heart can handle. It is really good if you're in the mood for drama!

Obviously, our taste in movie is quite different. And also, my taste in movie is more superior than yours.

You best be joking. Forrest Gump = Benjamin Button as far as I'm concerned. Both amazing movies.

jenny, LT Dan, bubba, and momma > daisy, tug boat captain, little black guy, and queenie

edit: guess i just appreciate the touching story of a retard with magic legs more than a touching story about brad pitt aging backwards

I'll admit it, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button almost managed to make me cry. The movie was extremely well done.

Wow, I didn't like the movie at all. Came off as a super chick-flick, and not a particularily good one. I don't know why you all are comparing it to Forrest Gump, I don't see it as a the feel good movie that Forrest Gump was. Just a stupid romance movie where they only "catch up" to each other at one part in their lives. The cinematography was well done and so was the acting, I just couldn't get into the lame story. Oh and I hated how he reverted back to baby size at the end.

i was comparing it to forrest gump because both are stories about the life of some dude with a disability and both screenplays were written by the same guy. now that i think about it, it was a lot like the Notebook as well. either way there wasnt a whole lot of substance to the movie.
