Pacific Rim was indeed pretty shitty. Those robots didn't do enough cool shit. Rocket punch? Fuck that shit. Gimme some god damn agile ninjaesque robots busting out tornado kicks and shit.

I never said it was flawless. I thoroughly enjoyed it for what it was. Giant robots fighting giant monsters. It would have been even better if it had the robots doing more than they did.

i liked how they punched godzillas for half a movie before realizing they had a giant fucking sword that could cut them in half no problem

The original Gypsy Danger didn't have the sword, and the flying sequence was a tribute to Rodan.

Curse of Chucky.

Mainly wanted to watch it for two reasons. First, I wanted to see another Child's play Movie. I personally love Chucky as a horror villain. Second, I wanted to watch it because it was filled in Winnipeg(Where I live) and wanted to see if I can point out what places that could have been in there.

Little disappointing on the fact that the movie takes place in a single House that I don't know if they were in the city at all for it.

Other than that. I'd say it's leagues better than the last two. They brought back that evil horror he started out with. A little bit predictable. I was able to say every death and how they happened before they happened but I'm a huge horror movie buff. I can guess like 90% of horror movie storylines very quickly.

So, I'll end with this.

If you are a Chucky fan, watch it. It starts out quick, action is decent, Chucky does taunt, and it's a good watch.

If I had to rate it, I'd give it 7 out of 10.

Watching the Conjuring and I'm not even half way through the movie yet, but unless this has an incredibly weak ending, this may be one of the best horror movies I've seen in a while.

After going to watch Prince Avalanche earlier today and walking out after 20mins, we decided to go in for Enders Game instead. I really enjoyed it, but I'm sure the GF would have walked out of that too, but i thought it was relatively good.

I can see a certain kind of people liking Prince Avalanche, and those are the kind of people i tend to stay away from.

I've been rewatching Rome for the first time since it aired. Holy shit I forgot how good it is. Definitely up there with The Wire imo
