Finally watched Battle Royale, so good

Really? Battle Royale definitely ranks up there as one of the worst movies I've seen. It was just so incredibly stupid. I don't think I will ever understand why anyone actually likes that film.

Maybe he meant Battle Royale 2 =P Battle Royale is still one of my favorite films (and the book is excellent too!) as is 13 Assassins. You had a nice little apocalypse viewing party there, Moss.

I most recently watched, "The Black Hole", which is seemingly the basis for Event Horizon, albeit much better done, and far more dark. I would suggest it anyone interested in a good sci-fi horror film. It was released in 1979 or so!

Just watched a Brazilian movie called Elite Squad 2 directed by Jose Padilha, really damn good action movie. Similar to The Raid, but I think it's much better because it doesn't have non-sense martial arts gimmick.

Today I think I chose poorly. I could only grab one blu ray today, and it was between Drug War or Red Cliff Theatrical International Version ... and I chose Drug War. I haven't seen either, but I am thinking I did a bad.
