idk what you're talking about, saw it too, 80% of the movie is basically about deranged old man on a plane.

I thought it had a Phone Booth feel.

I didn't see a separate thread about it and wanted to rant just a bit... Disney can eat a box of dicks for not releasing the 3D version to Blu-ray in the US; it's a $35 streaming only "purchase," which for $1 more you can get the 2d version and all extras in 2d. To get the short "Get a Horse" in 3D you need to buy a Blu-ray release from somewhere else, I recommend the UK:

Hell, we even bought the streaming Korean/English Sub/Dub streaming version this week. 2D only $20(ish), but we're also going to get a free mug, and a chance of a signed movie poster and some art prints from the movie. We could buy the streaming 3D version for $15(ish) more (have to choose KOR or ENG, can't get both unless paying separately), but we decided to order the UK Blu-ray instead.

Well that's strange for them to not do that, I mean it's a US based company and all O_o.

Lots of praise for Frozen. But I'm gonna wait awhile before buying it(funds). I can't remember the last animated 3D movie I watched. Maybe it was Toy Story 2.

Watched Gravity and I would not recommend it to anyone who knows even the tiniest bit about space. A lot of it just annoyed me. I love Sandra Bullock but I just couldn't get passed the glaring mistakes to physics.

That right there is what got to a lot of astronauts. And the crew were so close to the atmosphere, I'm surprised the Earth didn't suck them in right at the start of the movie.

It was mostly unrealistic. But I like the events leading up to the ending. Was well done. She got nominated for best actress, which was to be expected.

    Watched Catching Fire.

Read all three books before watching the movies. Catching Fire was butchered, compared to the first film adaption. Most notably that is missing from the movie is the suspicion that District 13 still exists. IMO was the best part in the book. Unlike the first film, I wasn't into Katniss as much as before, was more interested into the Joanna Mason character(as I was when I read the book). All in all, too many important elements were missing and this will likely cause book readers to refer to the book to make sense out of scenes.

Took a bit getting used to Olivia Wilde being blonde, but still sexy as ever.

Hobbit2 just a bit ago. Some of the worst CGI i've seen in awhile, but still a good movie.

Saw Oldboy (the new one) and I liked it. I have seen the original as well, which is better for that type of movie. But was surprised how well the remake was done by staying pretty true to the story. Granted, I haven't seen the original in a long time so I could be completely screwed up there lol

Also saw Ender's game with Mom. I have read the book, she hasn't. She liked it a lot but just thought that
    Spoiler: show
Ender was controlling drones or something
. I told her to read the book and promptly put it on her kindle. I like the movie just wish they did the ending better.

About time was a pretty cool movie. Reminded me of eternal sunshine but it's not at all the same. I would recommend. It's a red box film too.
