I thought the first half-ish was awesome and then it starts to drag after that. Your assessment is pmuch on point I think.

Predestination with Ethan Hawke and a female version of Leo Decaprio. This sci-thriller is a mind trip. Crazier then Inception. Fantastic movie.

Dissagree. It would have made for a good short / indy film, but it goes on waaay too long with absolutely nothing happening to be a feature film.

They also don't have day jobs to go to and are getting paid to have someone tell them what to eat, and work out all day. I would look like that too if someone paid me a bunch of money and for a trainer to make me all my food and tell me work outs all day and had nothing else to do. Unfortunately I don't, so mediocre is what the gf gets right now because I have to get to work.

babadook was great! Happy to see a new horror film that doesn't rely on the "quiet, quiet, quiet, BANG!" trope

Watched ninja turtles. Fantastic! Sequel sounds great! Hoping for more villains / hereos from the universe.

Transformers could have been this good.
