Nightcrawler: Good, but I do think its a bit overhyped.
I Origins: Really good movie, technically sci fi I guess?
Comet: Great romance movie that follows a couple in different stages of their relationship, but it gets trippy in a few scenes. Stars Justin Long and that Emmy chick from Shameless. Absolutely love those two.

You could look like that, but it would be physically impossible for you to change your body as quickly as they do without the aid of steroids.

Also, foxcatcher was pretty meh, whiplash great movie enjoyed it more than anything i have seen in a while.

nah, especially when you consider most of these guys aren't actually putting on that much muscle mass they're mostly just getting shredded as fuck. and do indeed have 100% controlled diets and 5-7 hours daily to work out. case by case basis is obviously necessary, and it need be remembered the physiques you see presented are framed and lit and manipulated to perfection.

Or you have a job that's a great workout in and of itself. I'm a carpenter and spend 95% of my time building decks, which is pretty hardcore if you bust ass like we do. It helps that these aren't your run of the mill decks either. They average $30k/each. I basically get paid extremely well to workout, which is the greatest perk imo and part of why I love it.

It just so happens I also married a chef with some serious credentials, so I'm making the most out of every single meal.

Before I got into this line of work and married her I was 130lbs soaking wet. I'm at 190lbs now with about as little body fat as possible.

So yeah, just change your career and marry a chef...easy peasy amirite?

You gonna go see whiplash with me tonight or not homo.

And i wasn't really commenting on the pic that started this, more on the prevelant use of steroids in hollywood in general claiming people put on X amount of muscle/weight in 5 months for a roll just by "good diet" and "rigorous 2 a day training and cardio"

Right. So yeah, didn't like Badabook thing. I was bored to tears; I kept looking at the timer to check how long it was. The two main actors did a great job, and I bought their performances. As the movie progressed, however, I stopped caring about the characters and just wanted this thing to end. Didn't care about the ending either. Oh yeah, I appreciated the lack of cheapscares too, not easy to pull off these days.

tl;tr: The trailer doesn't reflect the actual movie, you'll get something else. Not my cup of tea, maybe you'll like it.

I liked Babadook until the end, though I definitely understood why it ended like it did. And yeah, actors did a really great job.
And Lord of Tears finally made its way onto the Internet so I watched that right after. It was... weird. Wasn't what I had been expected, but not in a bad way. I liked the story but not necessarily the weird indy hooks included in it. And maybe because of the dialect/region it was made in, but the dialog was just so bad at times. I'd say it was worth a watch, but not sure if I want to say I liked it or not. I'm still trying to decide.

Does this movie have any nudity or sexual content? Can I show this to younglings?

No nudity, no cursing even if I remember correctly. Though young kids might be pretty bored by it.

Exodus Gods & Kings was okay, even better was The Theory of Everything. Dat performance. I wish it was more sciencey and less emotional but still a good film. Also I think I'm in love with Felicity Jones... I swear she looks like Laura Mary Carter.

Yeah I've been hearing great things about it. I have it in my queue. Liked the first one and this one has a nice rating on imdb.
