saw the Fassbender/Cotillard Macbeth, pretty stellar. they both crush their roles and it's so violent sparse and introspective it plays like a bleak experimental western at times. Adam Arkapaw's work is brilliant, confirmed as one of the great living cinematographers along with Deakins and Lubezki
