I'll let you in on a little secret. Basically, only failing theatres get recliner conversions. You'll typically lose about half the auditorium capacity when movie from regular seats to recliners. So if you are normally selling out shows, or coming close to it, last thing you want is to have less seats for sale.
Not surprising at all. I was expecting a consolidation of theaters in NY awhile ago. The disparity in quality between the huge places and the 2-6 screen places is enormous.
I always go to the 2-6 screen places though. Fuck people.
Just came back from watching Snowden. Interesting movie, enjoyable watch for sure. Not entirely unbiased in it's opinion but it's not meant to be an unbiased documentary. Worth a watch if you're interested in the events of his big NSA leak
Blair Witch was 5/7. Loved it.
Slightly off topic, watched Now You See Me as recommended here. Shit was so lit. My girl bought a hard copy (lol dafuq is wrong with her) and we gonna watch prolly tomorrow. Hoping it lives up to the original.
Went to a friend's house and rewatched The Conjuring followed by The Conjuring 2. Both of them are just great.
Tremors, comfiest monster classic in existence.
Not blair witch

I started watching Veep. Fun show. I've been meaning to check out Atlanta
Trying to get the wife into it, she was "meh" about the first episode. You really have to pay attention to the dialogue to appreciate it, it seems, and that's a lot to ask right now.
