No team can play defense like us when we're on our A game.. god damn, this is nuts.

Sometimes I wonder if Lebron is human ;o
Alright half time... time to go to work >.>
Great first half after those first few minutes
I thought this game was going to be closer.
U.S. destroyed Greece lol.
The softball game between Canada and the U.S. will be completed on Friday.
Canada is losing to Cuba 7-5 in baseball. They need to come back but in order to do that, they need to stop swinging at those low changeups >.<
I've only started playing Fortune's Tower; I haven't played the other 2 yet. >.>; I just read the rules of the first game which happened to be Fortune's Tower, it sounded fun, and I was still enjoying it as the basketball tip-off approached. It's a pretty clever game.I put in a few hours and got 45,370 points points with (what feels like) pretty minimal debt, 1297. I just bet the maximum possible on the best deck available for me until I unlock a better option. The points are only going to build up faster as I unlock the high roller Diamond Deck games, so I guess I'll just build my star rating up to 5 stars before going on to the other games. I can just re-enter some of the tournaments to make up my hopefully small debt once I finish up my 5 stars.
I don't know if points would build up quicker in other games, but I feel like once I have all the Fortune's Tower games unlocked, I'll be able to get several hundred thousands point pretty quickly.
And yay Team USA; we'll ruin Spain if we play that kind of defense again.
Edit for Fable 2 Pub Game update: I spent 30 minutes on the 60-600 Diamond Deck, I entered with the above points and debt and exited with 4343 gold, no debt, and 150,070 points. I left when the last Diamond Deck unlocked; I love this game. This beats FF8 Tetra Master for best in-game game.
Edit #2 to keep the Fable 2 derail in this post: I just finished up the 5-star rating thanks to the 150-1500 Diamond Deck. I left with 11,843 gold and 301,570 points, stopping just after the 5th star. I don't know if that amount of gold is quick compared to what the other 2 games can do, but it felt quick. I'll check the others out more tomorrow.I guess I should go to sleep now. ._.
Lol. Rogelstad just bulldozed over the Cuban pitcher while running down the first base line. I hope this rally pays off.
GTFO Greece!
I fucking hate AFN, they keep showing freaking swimming reruns...I wanna see baseball games.![]()
On the note about it saying LIVE in NBC's broadcast, for a lot of their stuff like swimming/gymnastics/volleyball last night, when it said "LIVE", it actually was live. >.> They were showing highlights within the Men's Individual All Around last night and removed the LIVE part, but when it came back, the LIVE came back and showed Beijing time which was the correct time. Ah well.
Edit: Unless you live on the West Coast. Then you're sort of shit outta luck. D: Sorry. Forgot about that.
Team USA looked awesome. Some great alley-oops.
7-6 final score for Cuba
I wish I could have seen the last few innings of that game, the CBC story on their website paints a very close game. Seriously though, props to the Canadian baseball team; Cuba's a hell of a tough opponent in baseball and I'm impressed the game was so close. This gives me hope for a good standing in the finals.
And wtf was up with the men's individual gymnasts last night? I have never seen so many errors and falls by so many male gymnasts in an Olympic finals before. It's like that place was cursed or something. The Chinese man who won it very much deserved the gold, his performances were excellent.
China just won another gold medal, in archery.
Holy fuckin shit, James Blake defeats Roger federer
Reitsma (who last pitched for the Braves), gave up two home runs in the 6th and that pretty much gave Cuba the win. Canada played very well but in the later innings they couldn't lay off the low breaking balls the Cubans were tossing. I think they do have a very good shot at getting a medal.
The US/Japanese beach volleyball match on NBC waspretty good.
So keeping with the baseball discussion, because of the rain delay in the women's softball game against the USA they are resuming the CAN-USA game on Friday at the bottom of the fourth...30 minutes after Canada finishes a game against China. Facing their toughest opponent in the second half of a double-header; ouch.
Yeah, I didn't like that decision. That game is going to be hard for Canada to hold onto the lead. Gotta see what time the U.S. play tomorrow.
Someone in Beijing or the Olympic Village has to go and challenge the US softball team to a binge drinking contest on Thursday night lol
They're showing the women's team fencing bronze medal match on NBC. U.S. is close to a bronze.
China vs Ukraine fencing is getting pretty exciting right now.
