I don't even know if a dude as big as Lesnar can even take someones back and get hooks in, and his forearm probably can't even fit under a guys neck to choke him out.

I was hoping Brock would have attempted a rear naked choke, but not even get his arms in his neck... Just squeezing Herring's chin. KenFlo really impressed me this fight. He seems to be getting better every fight.
Also, Demian Meia is a force to be reckoned with in the middleweight division.
I was glad to see Manny get knocked out, I thought he would win but I really don't like the guy.
Is there any place to catch a video clip of the Lesnar/Herring fight? More specifically I just want to see the punch he landed at the start, from here and other places I read about the fight it was ridiculous.
Sexy Beast, thank you.

its the whole fight,
I actually think Brock just wanted to punish Heath a little bit through the fight. I mean I think he knows how to strap on a rnc or something( you don't become an amateur/pro wrestler for so many years with out learning some type of sub). I guess Heath was bitching about fighting Brock cause he was inexperienced. Brock's camp heard about it and I think that's why the whole push after round one, and point and laugh at the end was all about.
This was probably one of the best cards I've ever watched. I loved how Huerta says "I'm never gonna lose" and then Florian manhandles him for the majority of the fight.
The Lesnar / Herring fight was hilarious. Herring didn't even stand a fighting chance.
GSP fight went as expected. Fitch couldn't really get any offense going. GSP seemed to pass his gaurd fairly easily considering nobody had passed Fitch's gaurd in the UFC before. I gotta give Fitch props though, he took a lot of punishment in those 5 rounds. Bring on Penn.
OK, i understand how good of a real wrestler Lesnar is.. but why would you not put your hooks in when you have him mounted? why did he settle for side control on the top? just throw your damn leg over... i was getting so frustrated with his lack of jiujitsu usage.
yes, he dominated the side control back mount with his amazing wrestling skills. but if he wants to compete with the best in the division he needs to at least try for a sub. not the half assed Kimura and the sorta RNC/neck crank. and for the love of all thats good in the world. use more fkn hammer fists please when youre riding his back for 15 mins.
Even tho I like lesnar that fight was kinda a joke, herring standed no chance at all and wow at brock wearing 4x gloves thats crazy.
I think like Pabst said, he was just trying to beat the piss out of Herring without ending the match to prove a point. He's a former NCAA champion, so he definitely isn't clueless.
I agree w/ the above, he was simply punishing the guy. From the first 45 seconds in the first round it was pretty apparent that Herring was fucked. Would a seasoned mma fighter sit there and toy with an opponent, probably not..... but Brock is far from seasoned.but if he wants to compete with the best in the division he needs to at least try for a sub.
Take a look at Herring's shiners at the end of that video -- Brock just wanted to fuck him up, that's the feeling I got the entire fight. There was a half dozen times that he could have ended it fairly easily, assuming he knows anything about wrestling or subs. (Hint: He does)
Think he may have been going for a kind of intimidation aspect from it also, seeing him manhandle a decent fighter for 15 minutes definitely intimidated me a bit.
Not sure if it was b/c of the video quality or what....
But the size of Lesnar's calves in comparison to his upper body is down right cartoon-ish.
Edit:
Just caught the very end of the fight. I gave a hearty "lol" at the little dance he did while on his back. Serves Herring right for bitching about the fight before hand.
I'm glad to hear that people think Lesnar's mocking of Herring (cowboy shit, the dance on his back) was deserved, because when I watched it knowing nothing of the backstory it made Lesnar look like a complete douche.
Herring got what he deserved. He complained about having to fight an inexperienced opponent who was so obviously beneath him. Serves him right for running his mouth. I'm sure Lesnar got a little memo from Dana White's office about Herring's comments.
I do think he should have finished the fight instead of fucking around with Herring. Despite being outsized, and let's face it, intimidated by Lesnar, Herring is still a veteran MMA fighter. Give him enough time against a rookie fighter and he's going to find a way to win it.
But all told Lesnar never even gave him a chance to respond in that fight. And yeah, I've never seen a guy double over like that after getting punched. It's a wonder he was able to stand up. So what's the lesson we have all learned?
Don't talk shit.
