He isn't on siren anymore, i already established that. No need to ask around there, i've tried. I'm fairly sure a newish char on a server with this kind of gear doesn't go overly un-noticed.

It's also slight possibility that it might be in the hands of a JP player now. There's probably less than 20 or so Aegis/Dring/mbody/shadmantle galka's over all the servers, and chances are only a small number of those are this face/body. Someone's probably seen it
