WoTG, time travel and passing time

So first, how long is a vanadiel year? While time is going 25 times faster in the game, i will assume a vanadiel year is less than 3 weeks IRL.

Then we are participating to the war crystal for like 15 years now !!! Next update for WoTG will be the last one for the extension cause after that we will have travelled back to the start of the game and there won't be anymore dnc or sch for the storyline to go further !!! AHHHHHHHHHH !!!!

    (sorry bored @ work ^^ )

we play the game in "adventurer time" while real vana time goes by at a much slower rate, somewhere closer to real time for us.

Hmm, I have a question, wouldn't very few people ever be able to see each other in WotG? Because say it puts you back at point x in time..someone enters time at point x, and after say 10 seconds is at x+1. Then someone else comes back at point x. They would see the first person, but the person currently at x+1 would never be able to see the person who just entered. So, essentially, everyone you're seeing in the past are people who have already done the action you're seeing them do, like campaign and such, and you may think you're doing campaign with them while their character could actually be hours ahead of yours, and they may already be asleep.

So do the ffxi servers record every single action anyone takes? And then wouldn't it cause doubles of people when they go back? Like if someone goes back, waits an hour, and then goes back to the present, and goes back to the past, they would see themselves entering it for the first time! Omg! I found out how to dupe! You just gotta give yourself your own gear after creating two of yourself!

What's more of a paradox is , when you die in the past, shouldn't you just turn into nothingness? I mean if you were dead, how could you have been born? But if you were never born, how can you be dead?

That would only apply if you killed yourself as a child. If you die in the past as a teenager/adult, then it wouldn't effect your birth/childhood unless you intentionally did so.

You could disappear if you died as a teenager/adult in the past without affecting the birth, providing you change the future of where you came from. Wow, I just descibred Season 6 of Charmed.

If you died in the past before you knocked up your great grandmother then you might not exist (yay Futurama for twistedness.)
