When therin and one of the best tanks on the server left TG and quit the game respectively, we got... well... me.

To be honest SNK, Eudon was the only person I found that to be true for when it came to tanking Ixion. I think anyone can vouch for that who has actually been there to watch. Solo stalling for 15 minutes. Stalling with a WHM for 1/2 hour. Tanking it without dying and only getting hit by 1/2 dozen TP moves all fight. I never liked him but his abilities for that fight atleast set the bar.

Eudon was always a good player. Him and Rykoshet both set a bar for amazing tanks even tho I considered him a better DD *his DRK more then any other job he had* then a tank. Considering Eudon used to originally be in Bloodflavor who used to kill Fafnir with 8 people before the rage timer was added shows that he at least has good playing skill.

I do recall Rykoshet solo stalling a Tiamat *duod with an RDM on that* and a Cerberus once as well.

Shame he left the server on bad terms with so many people in his shell tho without so much as making a goodbye post. I did see it coming a mile away tho so I sorta chuckled in the end.

So many good people felt burned with how he chose to leave.

Anyways back on topic.

Jamchan = good player and worked for her gears. Brings dramalaama sometimes to the table but other then that no issues.

Any linkshell has drama to some extent. Also, anytime you get a pact mentality people have to have someone to gang up on.

If you are talking about "Pack Mentality", I don't even think you are using it in the right context, as it describes how individuals in a group can act together without planned direction.

Sut's right about that Vedder. One thing which I've seen a lot of is some people and their stupid lil cliches. That little inner circle of friends that will talk shit about someone in their own shell behind their backs and think that they're special and cute.

I know of many many people guilty of this which even I'm guilty myself of it on rare moments.

Well they must have gotten better then. Foil I knew before I even started playing FFXI so I'm kinda biased with him seeing as we used to pair up in PSO and Burn thru mobs trying to get to 200.

Ryu well... He's a smart guy and from the times I've seen him tank anything he's usually on the ball. I know there's a lot of "lolCog" mentality which of course brings the example that sut was pointing out but a lot of their members were good for the most part.

Not saying all of them were awesome seeing as every linkshell has had its share of dorks who play halfassed or just don't get the concept of how to play their jobs better.

Foil and Ryu tho I felt had a good grasp on their jobs and god forbid me saying this but Mitsurugisan is a good PLD when *and yes from Catalyst I can say this 1st hand since we were in the same shell* he gives a damn and starts playing seriously.

i've had some good times & headaches, from ballista to merits to wyrms. if you want a first hand experienced tank jam can be one. if you want a dd, jam can be one. if you need a first hand exp. player, you will gain quite a bit from jam, whether or not it all comes with a tanker load of drama, time will tell. she might not even rub you or your members the wrong way. Its going to be a gamble. Jam has a bad rep, a really bad rep for drama, but as long as you dont have any drama queens to attract n cross paths with pplz willing to give jam a fair shot, things for the most part should be ok. Or more drama for everyone to read up on to bring some meaning to their trolling lives. i wish you luck with jam, maybe jam's attitude has/will improve and that you both turn out for the better.

i'm probably still a nobodie around our parts, but i have yet to hit on ryko esp w/ mahoo away.
