I was like 20 or 25 Shield Skill behind getting 1-2.5 shield skill levels per job Level. Then I swapped out AF for Siphai gear(Head,Body,Hands,Legs) which gave an enormous AGI boost. I used this from about 59-63 and I started gaining 5-6 shield levels per job level. I prefer Hauby over AF body and Siphai Turban over Coronet and Siphai Zerechs over Gallant Breeches, I hardly have trouble keeping hate.(I macro full AF into JAs and Spells though)
