So recently I have been hearing things about customers for the company I work for getting pissed. So I started asking questions on why to a friend I know that is a manager/supervisor/manufacturing engineer! This is probably the funniest shit ever. This is me telling my friend about it. I found it funny.

This is what happens when a company trys to save money:

It's not the fault of shitty people, it is the fault of the morons who hired them and didn't fire them.

I think that if this happened we would lose 100% of the customers we have now. We do shit for various airlines and even if we are pissing them off they are getting the 100% custom parts they want from us. However at the same time I'm afraid that it may come down to whos valuable to the company and whos not then laying the shitheads off. I'm not saying I'm a general target but since we hire from a temp agency I am very disposable at this point !

You know, the problem really is this. For centuries, probably even millinia, at work, people have been talking shit about their coworkers.

Its nothing new. It's part of the cycle of economic evolution for companies to hire incompetent people, who gain experience over a long period of time (or get fired) and then they start putting down the new hires. It's just how it is. Don't sweat it.
