This whole thread isn´t a warning to other players.
Its only a try of a small boy to ruin the reputation of a great player.
He was one of the reasons this Linkshell become great.
He helped you all and especially you Kyumo owe him a lot.
Only because you dont agree with his style of Leadership doesnt make him asshole.
He is not a thief and reading posts like this just makes me sad.

Yes he helped me but I also in turned helped him. And just because he helped me doesn't entitle him to do wrong and get away with it. Like I said I understand the two of you are loyal to him because you are RL friends and I won't hold it against you but you guys are defending him blindly w/o grasp of the whole situation. Hat you only know the side he tells you and Duke you have been away from the game for like months.

He was a good friend to me too but he has changed and personally I think something happened to him in his RL to mess with his head. If he ever came back and apologized and explained his actions forgiveness isn't an impossibility.

I myself gain nothing from what you claim as people ruining his reputation nor do the people posting. I must be missing what the gain there is from this?

Ok, I'm going to play devil's advocate here. Is it at all possible that Final saw the whole "good luck pockets / final" message and just lotted and walked away? I don't see anyone telling to pass(aka leaders) unless it was done in tells. Granted, that doesn't take away from the end results which is that he still has the Gaiters.

Hat, you know I respect you and consider you a friend, so let me say this with the utmost respect to you.

We had one rule where if you had received a priority item you were supposed to pass to those that haven't received a priority item. Finalnuke had 1, the other lotters had 0. The first call to allow him to lot was a mistake and was corrected right away in LS chat. He was then asked to pass, which he didn't. He did not respond to any chat, and then logged out as soon as gaiters dropped.

As for the Sea pops, we have a list of which sea pops he had.

4x HQ aern
2x Deed of Placidity
1x Deed of Sensibility
2x Third Virtue
2x Fourth Virtue
1x Fifth Virtue
1x Sixth Virtue

Those are the ones that he had. He returned 1 deed of placidity and 1 deed of sensibility and a fourth virtue.

He also returned half of the amount he reported in the Dynamis bank on our forums, ca. 5.8m.

about ls money:

forum say 6.9 mil -2 mil he payed last dynamis =4.9 he gave back 5.8 + 130 ~ currencys

about triggers on all his mules he have left triggers for :

1 byakko + 1 deed he farmed (duod) in not ls thingy

i have acces to all his accounts so the money and pop things should cleared.

That was only the first page of screenshots, there's plenty of telling him to pass.

Also, after the incident he told us, through Hatshop, that he's not giving them back because he thinks he deserves them more than anyone else in the shell. So he knew exactly what he was doing.

It doesn't matter. That rule about priority is one that Finalnuke himself had enforced on many occasions. He knew exactly what he was doing when he lotted. He knew exactly what Kyumo meant when he said "priority > fannye pockets and nicho".

Whether or not he pretended to be afk or was actually afk is beside the point. He knew from the start that those were not his gaiters and he took them anyway. The fact that he refuses to return them is just further proof.

And the fact that this happens 2 days after he had been stripped of his dictator status and demoted to a normal leader (equal to 5 other people) strikes me as quite the coincidence.

Btw, he hasn't been seen online since then. This was before the weekend.

So he moved stuff from his mules before you loged onto his accounts. We know what pops he had because we were there when we got those pops and he lotted them to store.

Well like I said I was playing devil's advocate, not trying to defend this guy's actions or anything. The more and more this thread goes on the more and more this guy is looking like a greedy asshole.

We don't have any proof of the Dynamis bank status because Finalnuke kept horrible, horrible records of it. And none of the other leaders had access to the Dynamis bank. We have had suspicions of things being done with the bank, but have no proof so let's leave the Dynamis bank out of it. Thank god the person dealing with the LS bank kept super clear records. And thank god that bank was not on Finalnuke.

We do however have irrefutable proof of the Gaiters and the Sea pops.

No because the member that was supposed to recieve them talked to him on MSN right after he "disconnected" and he said to her that he thought he "deserved it the most and he wasn't returning them". Afterwards he proceeded to block all others who were friends with him on MSN that tried to contact him about what happened. So to me if I smell smoke yeah there's probably a fire.

And to be honest you are the one, Hat, returning stuff to us not him because according to you, you logged onto his character to return what you claim or think is "everything". And I wasn't born yesterday so how do we know this is what he wants? How do we know you aren't doing this on your own to try to salvage his reputation. Or if he didn't already transfer all the things we are missing to another account and have you log onto his account to go through his characters to return what you think is everything. He might be playing you too. I could be wrong of course but there still comes to fact of the matter that we have not recieved everything back.

You may want to update the OP with the screenshot, as well as fix that he's returned a few of our sea triggers.
Regardless, whether you're friends with him or not, he stole a pair of gaiters. It's pretty fair to assume he wasn't afk. I don't think in the history of ninja lotting anything someone would just lot and walk away from their PC.

Sorry, but I feel that was needed. How can you possibly still defend this guy despite us proving in screenshots what he did? Everyone can see that he did wrong except you. Stealing Gaiters, the dynamis bank (Which we still don't know if he returned all of it) and several sea pops is okay with you?
