Deme has his moments.... he booted me from ls we were in on Cerberus because he is kick happy... me and wife were exping and Khim popped... we were on our way to khim... and broke our pearls without even sending a tell to ask us if we were coming...

we got there when khim was at 93% and over alliance was there... people outside healing etc etc... and me and wife sat there helping as much as we could...

anyway Deme can be fun at times.... but very easily tempered
he kicks people out of linkshell randomly forcing other sackholders to invite them back... shellholder even made some people sackholders so he couldnt kick them... lol

as much as ive rambled on about his flaws... hes funny guy knows the strategy for most things cept dynamis pulls... but he was never puller .. ^^

Now lets get down to the real dirt. Aside from buying his character, gil buying and botting this guy is just plain greedy. Unfortunately he was a sack in our shell so needless to say he was first on most drops; after he got what he needed his presence at events was non existent. This information alone should tell you to stay away. . .

Just trying to see who would be interested in joining a tightly knit group of ~20 players who are intelligent/well-equipped that are tired of zerging mobs down with >18 people present. The main intention of the LS will be to cap its members out on gear from all of the mentioned areas, with events nearly every day. Our loot system will be to benefit the most active players whereas some linkshells loot system benefits the older players instead, that will not be the case.

Requirements:
Xarcabard access
>15 on ToAU Missions (Salvage access)
Teamspeak and a microphone
minimum of two 75 jobs equipped well enough to play
motivation to help others and not be in it for yourself

The bulk of the events will be between 7PM-1AM EST, more playtime than that is welcome, looking for TH4 THFs and Black Belt MNKs with other jobs for different situations besides Salvage. Make sure you have lots of Zeni, lots of assault points and ready to be open to scrutiny about gear and playstyle. Personally, I'm capped on all gear including relics (for PLD) with the exception of Einherjar abjurations, I enjoy FFXI but not with incompetent players, if you share this same sentiment then this is the LS for you.

So far achieved within the LS has been an 8 man Omega, a 4 man Cerberus, and a 7 man Khimaira (a few dual boxed characters, of course), among other various endeavors in other fields, Ventrilo or Teamspeak (getting a new server) will be our main medium of conversation, we plan to be very active and to have fun. Being well-equipped helps but not so much as an open-mind and willingness to learn and better yourself in what ways possible. I try to keep set jobs when possible, this allows them to specialize and focus on getting gear for jobs most needed by the LS.

The main view of the shell is that if we can do the same things that other linkshells do with half of the people, we are effectively doubling our drop rate. As long as we focus on strategy and efficiency, you minimize the risk of costly errors and thus can achieve the same as larger groups with the exception of Einherjar (which pretty much requires a large amount of people). We will focus on attendance, I've noticed in other shells that a handful of people comprise the majority of groups at events, the ultimate objective is to have high attendance so as to achieve the aforementioned goals.

Most of the founding members are relatively capped on gear sans relics(besides me, Excalibur/Aegis), but don't hesitate to send a PM or post if you too are tired of incompetence. Since we don't have a forum as of yet (domain issues), if you're interested feel free to post here or send me a PM.

on this server it seems a lot of people have multiple linkshells, few exceptions will be made for this(namely dynamis since we will predominantly be farming xarcabard, and perhaps CoP dynamis only), a low man LS needs all of its members during an event or if something pops.

Why else? Cerberus sucks, even if his linkshell claimed everything all of the time due to all of their bots it's still filled largely with morons because the few good players on Cerberus are scattered between KoN/WW/TT (and by good I mean that each of these linkshells have a handful, because the majority of Cerberus is populated by retarded chimpanzees).

Anyway, Cerberus HNM competition has risen a lot from what I've heard. Not quite as easy to get claims on Cerb/Khim/Tia as it used to be, apparently people camp in full stall parties (like they did on Fairy! lol) and Rob wanted to move on elsewhere or something.

This is actually the 2nd time Deme transfered first time i had no idea why, but sadlt people were sad to see him back on cerb.

Demetrios made the first Big HNMLS on cerb called Destiny which was Succesful but biggest botting LS (when people were like QQ on botting), when he got his shit he Broke it and later he transfered server (when it came available).

Then some other took the LS lead I think it was maury at one time (programmer and owner of ffxi-app).

Demetrios is the biggest gilbuyer on cerberus, he know we know and like people sayd blah what can you do now, what done is done (gotta love that stuff)

Also rumored that he bought alot of characters from his own ls to resell later.

Came Back to Cerb and made with Kaces LS named Armada which is once again a big Botting ls (but we now are in the ere of the non botting LS sucks, still don't liek that but meh what can you do now.)

Oh, and one more thing: When I asked him how he got his relics he said that his Aegis came from the first seven Novio Earrings that Armada got. I can't believe he had enough people left to kill JoL left after number #2. Excalibur was probably either robbed directly from the bank or bought gil.

Rata you are talking about two different people, he has never taken lead of any LS other than Armada where he was a regular member with an icon next to his name. The real Deme started KoN quit the game and sold his account to Rob.
