as for demetrios, despite the long track record of drama and bad second hand information that will be pulled on him, his intentions are about as legit as they can get with a guy like him. take that as you will, but he definitely didn't go to quetzalcoatl to add to the steaming pile of botter shit that every server has. he's making a low man linkshell that will mostly run instanced events and bullshit on teamspeak. no reason for cockblocking.
