Fuck all you whiny QQ babies. You don't want the item, then don't fucking buy it. Personally I wouldn't mind collecting tons of stuff like this that has RL and in-game counterparts. It would bring a tangible element to the game that doesn't really exists since everything on your character is virtual. As long as this thing doesn't have a retarded cool-down or finite amount of charges, I'll be getting it. And it's about GODDAMNED time they added some piece of gear to the game that had some flashy animation to it. Even after all these years I can't fathom why relic weapons aren't engulfed in flames of varying colors, or glow, or SOMETHING that makes them stand out in a crowd.

Hate to break it to ya buddy, but that flashy effect looks like post production on the video.

Even if they just offered the basic character models in AF, it'd be cool.

Even a 1 hour cooldown would still be awesome. And I'm sure the infinite charges will be a given.

No clue, I got them off a JP image uploading site. All he seems to do is model them with a Rei figure from EVA. Not sure on the tools, but damn he's good.

He also has done some other mithra models. Maybe I should dig them up? >.>

They never made market as far as I can tell. They look a bit shody to me. That mithra statuette looks a lot nicer.

I can't find the article, but I know they used a Ms. Invisible action figure from the Fantastic Four as the base model for the mithra.
