Lost Official Soul Reflector!

I tossed one I had used to make room and now can't revoke that one's status to get a new one. Has this happened to anyone lately? I read the other threads about this but zoning and talking to NPCs in a different cage didn't help. GM told me to look at community sites on pol.com list but they have nothing. Please help!

Take another soul Reflector to the guy in Annihilation that changes them to Official Reflectors, and he'll make it an Official one. It shouldn't give you any errors, i did this once and that fixed everything up.

When I trade my new one to Abhrem, he just tells me my monsters info, when I trade Kadjayhal my new one he tells me I need to revoke my current reflector's status. Still nothing working.

Did you trade it along with an Ice Crystal?

Yeah, I already traded my Soul Plate with an Ice Crystal to get a Soul Reflector, it's the official one I can't get. No one gives me the option to retire or revoke my status.

what i had to do when i tossed mine accidentally was wait for the match i was in to be over then talk to the NPC that registered my match. it was some text implying "lost" wasn't the right term, but by canceling my match results that let me replace the reflector. not sure how much good that info will be for you as i dunno if you were signed up for a match at the time, but hopefully that helps.
