Last night while I was searching through my gadgets looking for some family pics, i started wondering how many gigs do I have.

I remember when 30-60 GB was a huge deal, now 1TB is the norm, and 500GB is an afterthought

So post your totals, I'll get started"

Old Computer: 30GB
External HDD (PS2 HDD converted): 40GB
External HDD: 250GB
USB Thumb Drive: 1GB
USB Thumb Drive: 2GB
PSP: 4GB
PS3: 60GB
Digital Camera: 4GB
Laptop: 250GB

Extra:

2 Scientific Atlantic 8300 HD-DVR boxes: 160GB each (320 total)

So I have 641GB to use (961GB if I add the cable boxes), that is a shit ton of memory
(I understand I dont have 641GB total, but just around that area, is mind boggling)

I know some of you have ridiculous set-ups, but how much is to much?

There was a guy in spam selling old harddrives, I want to say he was at something like 8 TB with the new ones he had. As for me I'm stuck down in ~357 GB land(and it's full). I'm planning on buying two in the range of 500-750 GB each soon.

This isn't about nerd e-peen, its just interesting to see, how fast we are accumulating GB's

Maybe 3-5 years people will consider 10-15 TB norm, and some one out there with $$$$$$ will be hitting 1024TB = 1 PB (Petabyte)

Wii's internal memory is actually only 512MB plus whatever you have on an SD card if you use one

flash cards that i can even think of = 40GB

ummm lots of computers around the house that i don't use anymore = ?

i guess i'm a little over 2.5TB of what i actually use but i'd also guess closer to 5TB if i really added up the house (aka the "computer graveyard")
