i gotta say that drakul and Desertigloo will be great additions to any linkshell. Honestly you should be F*cking honored they are even talking to you. when di played he was one of the best plds on the server. Dk has soled 40% of timamat’s health many times. these are both oldschool players that been around since the beginning. i my self am a legend on siren and my endorsement means alot. just do a search on BobbyGunz or Xanatos on our servers forms www.sirenffxi.com and you will understand who your talking to, me even talking to you is a f*cking privilege. well back to di and dk. they have claimed many kings. we have done 5 man dynamis bastoks together dk for one had duel boxed on 3am 7 man fafnirs many times.

u will only see good things. They are good players we did kings constantly and we killed every thing together while in validus. Ill put it this way, these guys are soo good that I don’t even have to write a recommendation for them if they still played on siren. If you got something you cant beat, adding them will make you beat it. As for stupid shit, I personaly had like 99% attendance to events unless something came up in real life that was life threating I was online playing ff11. Di had about 93% drakul had around 95%. to put things into perspective ekeis the lead tank had 95% the linkshell leader had 70% the officers had about 80% our lil group of drakul ekeis me letitia asta kahi and di all had super attendance everyone else kindof sucked lol.


To conclude, these are the kind of players that make linkshells good pearl these mofos today before you lose your chance.

Fitch, i think xanatos means well, but he is entirely up his own arse.

Either way, the gist of his slightly manical post is true. DK is an exceptional player, a key member of a linkshell that he joined from the start and we all worked up from scratch, building strategies and teams. He's played tank jobs, DD jobs, and mage jobs, and he can tank anything worth tanking and out-DD most people on DD jobs. Just don't put him on a mage job, he's proper crap there He goes that little bit extra for people who show they work for what they want.

So basically, he's shit and you shouldn't accept him.. so i can have him back.

PS: DI's good too, but he's a taru, so how good can he really be?

the thing about DI leaving after he got his m.body was chkxdragon and asta's fault.

if they werent such pussy's running the shell and took Initiative we would of gotten further faster. i was trying to take the ls in this direction and i was kicked becuse of it. well that and MPKING IN on fafnir lol. ya asta i didnt forget you were the one that broke my pearl cause of that when i should of gotten a metal after how they treated us on countless Tiamats.
it still puts a smile on my face watching IN claim 5 damafly and then i dia an unclaimed sleeping fafnir and watch them die (IN never lost claim on fafnir they just are too noob to handle an awake faf and 5 VT mobs lol).

Fitch the problem with Validus was we had horrable leaders and realy good players. the horrable leaders are Astarael, Lyte and chkxdragon. we had some players that downright sucked i still dont understand how they got a pearl in the first place. the players that sucked were setzer and moemo we didnt just have players that sucked we auctaly had 2 of the worst players on the server in the 2nd best hnm ls on the server. the good players tryed to lead the ls and got the boot.

these players would then go over to other linkshells and make those linkshells great.


its funny when IN was there we were 2nd best and when IN left roc became #1 and validus is still #2nd maybe 3rd lol.

we play the game to have fun, and we did when we all played together. the drama is way better then the game ever was. Despite popular believe im really nice in real life i realy dont try to cause drama it just follows me due to my style of play. the same thing happened when i played world of warcraft. i gotta say wow is super easy when you play it at the same level you do final fantasy 11. i quit it and all mmorpgs cause of 2 reasons,

1) im a mmorpg addict. every one here is an addict too so dont play games about that you know you are.

2) i dont play nice with others. ;D

Wow, after reading this topic I feel obligated to add a dash of cognitive reason to this discussion. First of all ignore every word Bobby says. Yeah Bobby we were BC buddies for awhile, but needless to say we went our opposite ways. I was probably one of the more hardcore players on Siren, but even you took the cake when it came to distorting the line between game and reality. Take a break buddy.

Anyway onto the topic of discussion. DI. Of the negative things I've heard about him, I'd have to say that he's proven the majority of them to be untrue in a good LS environment. People are products of their environment, and the worst in people tend to show when they're stuck with a group of terribles.

DI was dedicated, had great playtime, was always willing to tank the hardcore shit, and in the end had enough leader attributes in him to not be a burden as a support player, but not so headstrong that you'd constantly be butting heads with his opinions and discussions. He's a smart player who can take and perform directions, and honestly thats ALL a leader can really ask of their members. Definite great recommendation to your LS. He's one of the few people I miss from the game, (havent played in 2years about) one of the few I still keep in contact with...and one of the few I would come back to play with if I ever did.

Absolutely a keeper, you'd really be missing out on a positive influence on your LS in every aspect if you turned DI down. Can't say much for Drakul, but if DI can vouch for him, I'd be willing to say its worth it. I've tanked many things side by side with him, and honestly thats probably the optimal scenario to judge a persons skill level. PM me if you have any specific questions about his playstyle, attitude, penis size....ANYTHING GOES.

Drakul, where do i begin, he is a bit of devil. He'll rape the women, kill the men, and eat the children so becareful! And if at times he sounds to gayish, thats cuz he is and still denying it.

All jokes aside, both are extremely good players. 2 of best friends i've met/made in ffxi. Do me a favor and kick them back to siren so the bus can run again. XD

Hi Fitch,

I'm Lyte, a founding member of Validus on Siren and current leader. Saw this post and figured I'd give my 2 cents. I honeslty don't remember much about desertigloo, but I do know he is a skilled player. I don't recall the circumstances in which he left the linkshell.

As for Drakul, he is a very skilled player. He joined our LS around Jan/Feb of 2006 and remained a member in good standing until around August 2007 when he quite the game. I also don't recall why he left, but since he left the game and not just the LS, i'd guess at RL issues. I still talk to Drakul from time to time on AIM.

If you'd like any more info on either of them, I could dig through my linkshells website for posts and other info on them.
