I still haven't gotten a Duelist's chapeau yet, but I'm next in line in my new LS if it drops. I would use it for my idle/mnd set-up, also I would use my wand and shield for mnd set-up when I get one.

If you dropped Balhran's and enfeeb ear for communion and aqua you could swap promise badge for enfeeb torque and be up 2 mnd without losing any macc. Nice mnd stuff otherwise though, you should look at wand/shield setup if you like phat para procs and capped slow2s.

Plan is to use GA, then GS now all the way to 75 so that I don't have to skill those up.
When I hit 75, gonna use Bahamut Scythe to cap out scythe skill (45 now).

Sturmwing is amazing till Lv.55 or so. You're better off using Scythe and GS from 60+. Having just may gimp your chances of getting a PT.

That's what I thought too. I alternate between GA and GS to keep skill up, till around 60 max perhaps.

Or I could just use scythe from then, and skill up GS on my PLD to keep up to level I guess.

Mercurial Sword on PLD was faster for me. Even in my Dark Static my Great Sword just wouldnt keep up. Scythe did better due to Guillo spam.
