Im just trying to figure out why you would want +attack over haste on THF? I can understand harder things were you need more acc to get TP, but, stuff like city dynamis, limbus, farming EPs and stuff, why the hell would you want +attack over haste?

In all the situations you described, haste is way more important than attack IMO.

Also, is Rajas a good tping piece for THF or would you be better of meleeing with +5 acc rings?

Merit meat eating thf? Use 2 snipers. Rajas is a nice WS item for THF. Wear rajas if you want, if you have good/near capped acc (for example, if you have brdbrd or brcor and get madrigal. or are a sushi eating thief).

HNM or other high eva mobs? Once again dual sniper for TP and raja WS.

BRDS Role in Endgame:

-Marches/Minuets/Ballads/Elegy/Threnody
-Insert the random reqiuem, herb pastoral because it looks all Saint Patricky and you might throw a Minne or 2 on a BLU once every BLU moon(Pun intented).

- With gear like that, he should have no problem landing any spell he wishes on any endgame mob, most endgame mobs you can land Elegy / Threnody naked easy. All you honestly need is to change staff and instruments with the set up he has. If there is a mob that has high resistant to Elegy, then Hi2u /blm.

He would have a better chance of landing elegy with a diff body piece.

Doesn't macro fast cast. But he did say he just came back so i imagine he sold/gave away his gear back when he quit.

1798 HP now during day on WHM/SCH. Full HP merits. (MP 600 haha)

Improvements:
Feral Bangles (+5) - so rare
Price Slops (+5) - prolly gonna buy this at some point just to see the magic 1800
Gold Moogle Belt (+17ish) - ya right

Could push 2k HP with food and those. I lived through a Vrtra Spikeflail one time with something similar. (Terrastaff, Chev Cape, Stoneskin)

I did the math on it once, and Rajas wins over a Sniper+1 quite easily unless accuracy is low. You get more TP overall with the Rajas (unless accuracy is low), 5STR is a decent boost to damage on THF due to the low D of daggers making fSTR more significant, and of course DEX helps accuracy etc etc.

EDIT: For clarification, this was done using real values of fSTR / pdif etc, from my own build on THF/NIN on birds. For Rajas vs Sniper+1, as long as your DEX after Rajas is even, Rajas should win out unless your accuracy is low and attack very high.

My resting set. The waist piece is the level 40 waist and feet are Elvaan RSE. Waiting for 60 for that grand necklace instead of beak+1. Anything else that I could improve?

Get the rest of the HQ staffs and use each one with the corresponding element. Guessing you use Aquilo's because it has +ele magic?

Yeah I just have it set to idle in. I'm not too worried about getting all of the HQ staves just yet though I'll probably buy Auster's soon because I like white boxes.

For theify people, how does Enkidu's mitts stack up against heca mitts? I haven't gotten around to using enkidu's on thf yet as I just used em for nin when i played nin.

I would definitely use Enkidu Mittens on Dancing Edge over Hecatomb Mittens :O As for soloSA, Enkidu Mitts are close but without the +Slow. Very handy.
