I just called the clue phone number (he updates it periodically if it has or hasn't been found yet), and as of 4:00pm it hadn't been found

Then he goes, "So Clue #9 will be released tomorrow, which I just finished writing at 4 o'clock"

Seems he went out of his way to mention 4

Well, some of the words really remind me of A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court...

Movie took place in 1921 (4 score and 7 years ago), written by Mark Twain (life on a river), the bad guys were after a 'yank'...

I'm just pulling stuff out of my ass I think

But Tom Hanks didn't play the lead character (Hank Morgan) in that.

Musician who served his country: Glen Miller
Lucky guy who wrote lots of plays: Arthur Miller (Married to Marilyn Monroe)
Main Character in Saving Private Ryan: John Miller (Tom Hanks' played this role)

We have an old park that was renamed to Independence Park, used to be Miller Park
We also have a senior citizens center called the Gene Miller Center

As of right now it hasn't been found yet, hoping to find it before the sun comes up.. lol

Lame idea, but is it something he could stuff in a movie box or dvd case, likely a Tom Hanks movie as referenced?

    Good luck, Reality! :D

    Here's a twofer:

    - An antique wine bottle and its corresponding cork cost you $110 together. The bottle costs $100 more than the cork does. How much is the cork?

    - Train A leaves Seattle, WA heading for NYC at 90mph. At the same time, Train B leaves NYC heading for Seattle at 45mph. Which one is farther from Chicago when they meet?

    Spoiler: show
$105 for the wine bottle and $5 for the cork. The two trains are the same distance from Chicago when they meet because they are in the same spot.

That Dracula's Riddle site is pretty freaking insane. I'm on level 16 at the moment and the amount of effort this person (or group?) has put into it is mind boggling.

    Raw you cannot find me,
Cooked you would not eat me,
    What am I?

EDIT: I remembered a few more from a long time ago.

A sharpshooter hung up his hat and put on a blindfold. He then walked 100 yards, turned around, and shot a bullet through his hat. The blindfold was a perfectly good one, completely blocking the man's vision. How did he manage this?

How did Mark legally marry three women in Michigan, without divorcing any of them, becoming legally separated, or any of them dying?

Take away the whole and some still remains. What is it?

And this one I don't even know. I've known of it for years and still never been able to figure it out.

Which of the following statements are true?

    1. At least one of these ten statements is false.
    2. At least two of these ten statements are false.
    3. At least three of these ten statements are false.
    4. At least four of these ten statements are false.
    5. At least five of these ten statements are false.
    6. At least six of these ten statements are false.
    7. At least seven of these ten statements are false.
    8. At least eight of these ten statements are false.
    9. At least nine of these ten statements are false.
    10. At least ten of these ten statements are false.

The answer is #9. #9 is true so the other 9 (1-8, 10) are false.
