Well, cool. I had heard Turt was going for GA not Scythe, but it's still cool, congrats dude. As for Attestations, for Makai's Horn we went like 0/3 on it and ended up buying it (it sucked having all the currency and Fragment just to wait on that stupid thing.)

I was playing around with the scythe, and looking at different combos. I haven't read up much about it, but the fact that you can get a 4 hit build (WS + 3 swings) if your cor rolls an 11 on the STP roll is sexy. Not even an amano sam can do that. Best part, you don't really need to use a ton of STP gear. For me, all I would need to do it pop on a White Tathlum instead of the bomb core, and I would be getting it. The idea of WS'ing every 3 swings with that much haste is broken. It does require an 11 on the STP roll and a sam in the party, but that's not uncommon for my merit groups.

ah very nice, hope you get the abj. soon. one thing i've wondered, is there no point in making an INT/AGI build for catastrophe? does a normal str build alone still make the damage decent?

You do know apoc has nothing to do with that right? 513 delay? a normal scythe is 528. That's just the natural high delay of scythe + /sam + Cor Roll....nothing to do with apoc itself.

I'm saying that because the way you worded your statements, you made it seem like its since you got apoc you can get that xxhit build, when apoc doesnt increase your STP higher than any standard scythe.

Where is that post did I say anything about the scythe giving me bonus STP? I'm just talking about getting a 4 hit build with the best weapon in the game for drk. That's not something I expected to see, and something that isn't possible with the sam GK.

To clarify, I'm talking about WS + 3 hits to get back to 100% TP. 25 TP per hit.

The LS only helped me with 1 of the relics. Most of the other help was just finding currency. On the last relic, people helped me by loaning out some gil. People have this misconception that all my relics were paid for by the LS.
